Sudsational (Suds) is the prominent detailing and hand car wash operation serving the Downers Grove, Addison, and Cresthill areas. Sudsational is run by Operations & Capital Partners (OCP), Peter and Nick Flevaris. OCP is a private equity firm  which acquires small to midsize companies. OCP then provides administrative and strategic and marketing support to these companies. The Flevaris family has been serving the area for over 7 years. Suds employs over 70 Full-Time employees. Suds operates five metro Chicagoland locations, concentrating on both the retail and commercial sectors. Suds differentiates itself with top quality, high customer service.
Suds has grown from one location in 2001 to five in 2007. In early 2008 Suds will open an additional two locations.

The Business

Sudsational provides customers with five primary services: Exterior Hand Car Washes, Full Service Hand Car Washes, Interior Details, Exterior Details, And Full Details. Sudsational provides a number of additional services which are described on our menu of services at all locations. These additional services include waxing, shampooing, leather conditioning, paint sealant as well as many other services. Sudsational has no true  competitors that are trying to offer high quality and high service for a reasonable rate. Our  ability to provide a high quality service, both in regards to actual washing as well as customer service is all based on our ability to find great employees who pride themselves on providing the same high quality service every time.  Hiring the best employees and making sure that they are well taken care of ensures that we in turn take care of customers. What sets us apart from our competition is our quality control procedures (QC). Quality control has been part of Suds' culture from day one. No car leave with out being double checked by a fresh set of eyes. Our quality control supervisors have the responsability of returning every completed car to our customers. They are the last line of defense before a car is returned to the customer. If the customer is not satisfied our QC supervisor takes the heat. These QC supervisors touch the customer every day. They understand the level of quality required to meet and exceed the customers expectations!
